Consent of the subject to the processing of personal data
I (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject"), provide this Consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Consent") on the conditions set forth below.
This Consent granting is provided by putting a corresponding check mark as a  consent to the terms of this Consent when registering on the information resource of FabricOn LLC, (legal address: 108811, Moscow, Kievskoe shosse 22nd (Moskovskiy) km, household No. 6, building 1, room 95, TIN 7751146052, OGRN 1187746685048) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") or third parties acting on behalf of the Operator.
Acting free, in accordance with his will and in his interest, as well as confirming his legal capacity, the Subject gives consent to the Operator and his authorized representatives to process his personal data in accordance with the following conditions:


1. Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data of the Subject, which are not special or biometric:

  • last name, first name, surname, gender;
  • date of birth, place of birth;
  • passport data;
  • email address;
  • residential address;
  • education qualifications and their level;
  • profession place of work, position;
  • contact details (phone, fax);
  • social media profiles;
  • image (photo and video);

 

other information provided to the Operator about the Subject, incl. those for and by the standard forms and the Personal Data Processing Policy of the Operator, as well as information about the IP address and cookies, etc., obtained by the Operator through the passive collection of personal data and the use of third-party Internet services by the Operator.
 

2. The processing of personal data by the Operator means an action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
 

3. The Operator may use industry-wide cookie technology. A cookie is a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the computer used by the Subject, allowing the Operator to store the personal settings and preferences of the Subject, as well as collect non-personal information about him.
 

4. The Subject gives his consent to the processing of personal data for the following purposes:

  • ensuring interaction with the Subject, including for sending notifications, requests and information to the Subject regarding the activities of the Operator, as well as processing requests from the Subject;
  • ensuring interaction between the Subject and the Operator in order to promote goods, works and services;
  • carrying out marketing and other researches and events by the Operator;
  • sending promotional materials and information about special offers to the Subject;
  • ensuring the quality work of the Operator's website;
  • ensuring the execution of regulatory and non-normative legal acts, as well as decisions, instructions and requests from public authorities and persons acting on behalf of or on behalf of such authorities;
  • making records about the Subject in the Operator's systems.


5. The Subject has the right to send the Operator a request for clarification of his personal data, a request for blocking or destruction if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate.
 

6. The Operator processes the personal data of the Subject, in accordance with the adopted local regulations.
 

7. The Operator takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the Subject's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
 

8. Consent may be withdrawn by the Subject or his representative by sending a written application to the Operator at the following address: 108811 Moscow, Russia, Kievskoe shosse, 22 km (Moskovskiy), household No.  6, building 1, room 95. Consent may be withdrawn subject to notification not less than 10 days before the expected date of termination of data processing by the Operator.
 

9. If the Subject or his representative revokes Consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the Subject of personal data if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of Article 6 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
 

10. By this Consent the Subject confirms that he is over 18 years.
 

11. This Consent is valid all the time until the termination of the processing of personal data in accordance with paragraphs 5 and 8 of this Consent.
